Tours 12 - Mikumi 1n / Ruaha3n / Morogoro1n / Selous3n

Day 1 AM depart for Mikumi from Dar Es Salaam, arrive at the lodge in time for lunch.

Game drive in the afternoon in Mikumi National Park, animals commonly found Include lion, eland, hartebeest, buffalo, wildebeest, giraffe, zebra and elephants. Wild dog can be seen in packs here. Dinner and overnight at the lodge.

Day 2 After breakfast depart for Ruaha, arrive at the lodge in time for lunch. Game drive in the afternoon in the Ruaha, which is known to be one of the more natural, unspoilt as well as one of the largest Parks of Africa. Back to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 3 After breakfast walking safari accompanied by an experienced guide, here you will

have the opportunity to ‘touch the wild’. Back to the lodge for lunch. In the afternoon, game drive in Ruaha, which is spectacular in its concentration of wildlife. Dinner and overnight at the lodge.

Day 4 Full day game drive in the Ruaha. The exciting Great Ruaha River features large

numbers of hippo and crocodile and attracts lion, leopard, hunting dog and other species

such as waterbuck, impala, giraffe, warthog, eland, zebra and elephants. Grant’s gazelle,

ostrich and cheetah may be seen on the plains. All meals at the lodge.

Day 5 After breakfast depart for Selous with picnic lunch, stop for overnight in Morogoro on BB basis.

Day 6 A.M. resume your journey for Selous, arrive in time for lunch. In the afternoon, boat safari in the Rufiji River, where you’ll admire hippos and crocodiles in their natural habitat. Back to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 7 After breakfast depart for one of the most exciting experience, the walking safari, accompanied by an armed ranger, back to the lodge for lunch. In the afternoon game drive in the biggest and fascinating game reserve of Africa. Back to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 8 Full day game drive in Selous, the Rufiji River features a large numbers of hippo and crocodile and attracts lion, leopard, hunting dog, and numerous other species such as waterbuck, impala, warthog, eland, giraffe, zebra and elephant. All meals at the camp.

Day 9 After breakfast back to Dar with picnic lunch, via Kilua road, the journey will take about 7 hours and will bring you through one of the most amazing areas of Tanzania, arrive Dar late afternoon, end of safari.
